About a month ago, Shannon contacted me to tell me about her family’s upcoming vacation to the Aulani Disney Resort. They were coming down from Canada to defrost a little bit and enjoy a Hawaiian winter, and when I met them and they told me how cold it was where they were from, I knew this was the perfect place for a winter vacation! 🙂

For our session, we headed to the outskirts of the resort to capture their family. Shannon and Mike have some gorgeous kids—all full of smiles. Well—until the end of the session, when the baby was not too happy. But that’s totally to be expected when you’re that young and transitioning to another time zone. I was still able to capture him and his sweet smile!

The evening of the session, we had an amazing sky, so I had to get some Hawaiian silhouettes of the family. There was even time for some photos of just Mom and Dad—I always love doing those.
