Have you ever been out a restaurant or walking in the park when a certain couple caught your eye? You couldn’t look away because there was just something about them—full of life and love—that made you smile. I’m an observer and a people watcher. Maybe that comes with the photography territory (I’m always looking to capture those sweet moments in life). But if I had just been out and about, I know that these two beautiful ladies would’ve caught my eye, and I might have even asked them to do a shoot with me. Their happiness was that intriguing.

They say that eyes are the windows to the soul, and I believe it even more after seeing these two. The way they looked at each other says it all about the once-in-a-lifetime bond that they have. Laughing, splashing and just being in the moment is definitely my kind of session to photograph! Thanks for letting me capture your memories, Afarin and Nadine!Afarin & Nadine are two of the most amazing ladies I have ever met! The spark, chemistry and love between them can be felt by just speaking to them. Then capturing them somehow seemed to magnify everything! Everything about this session was pure beauty, even the sunset! I didn’t even have to walk them through the poses. They were so natural in front of the lens and went on about their business as if they had an evening alone to laugh, play and talk together at the beach. I know most people want beach photos to be in full color, but the black and white photos from this session are just stunning. I think they really emphasize the intimacy between these two special ladies as the light highlights their faces.
