I have been lucky enough to get to photograph the Miller family through so many different phases of their lives! I was able to do a session while Mom was pregnant, and then we had another amazing session shortly after baby Harley joined the family.

Harley’s big brother, Jameson, was so excited to bring his baby sister to my Ewa Beach studio for photos. He even brought along an extra toy that HAD to be in the photos—but not with him. No, I had to give “goat” his very own photo before he would agree to taking photos with his sister. I’m so happy that I got him to agree—seriously, look at these kids! Could they be any more adorable?

Both Mom and Dad are proudly serving in the US Navy, so Mom brought both kids a Navy chief’s hat for the photos. It was a brilliant way to showcase where they were in their military careers when their children came into the world!

I loved the image of the kids together, but I also adored the image of little Harley in the white chair with the anchor to her right. It was a great way to add the Navy to the photo, and plus, Harley just looks adorable.

Thank you so much, Miller family, for not only your service to this country but for your repeat business. I cannot wait to watch the kids grow in the future!
