Normally, It takes a lot to try and convince a family to get up at 4am for a sunrise shoot. But not the Wood family!

From the time Mom Jaime and I first spoke she was ready and willing to get a sunrise session in before they move away from the island. I was a bit worried about the weather the evening before. But as you can see, the rain held out. A tad bit windy but I think the images we got with the cloud cover were awesome!

Lets talk about these kids – crazy, amazing, awesome, cool kids! I mean who normally gets up on a weekend and takes family pictures at 6am? Not these kids, but they sure did not mind! The older sisters were so sweet and their little brother was such a ham! I had such a blast with him running up and down the beach because he was cold! (It was about 70degrees so that is a tad bit chilly for us!) Not only were the kids fun, but as you can see from the family jump shot, Mom and Dad are pretty darn cool too!

Thank you Wood family, for rolling out of bed at the crack of dawn for the best light all day! I hope you print these images for every wall in your new house on your new adventure!
