The Chee/Tran family made their way to from the Bay area to visit Oahu just a few short weeks ago. Their handsome little boy had not had a beach experience quite yet, so what better of a place to spend their summer! This sweet family was such a joy to be around, and I had a blast while photographing some much-needed photos. There is nothing sweeter than a mommy, daddy, and baby boy spending some quality time on the beach!

Spending a vacation in such a beautiful place like Oahu is the perfect occasion for an updated family portrait session. As parents, we want to cherish every moment with our kiddos, and not miss a single thing! Documenting such fun and adventurous moments allows parents to remember those cute little smiles and belly laughs. Family time is irreplaceable, and it often flies by way too fast. I am so glad the Chee/Tran family was able to head this way for some fun on the beach! We decided to take photos right in front of the westside sunset, and wow, it was simply breathtaking. It truly made for a beautiful backdrop for these three’s session.

Our scenery that night made the bit of passing rain showers we encountered worth every second. There was nothing holding us back from getting some sweet photos of the family! The little one wasn’t the biggest fan of the sand or smiling, but he was still such a gem to photograph. I had to make sure that mom and dad had some time together for some portraits and again that overcast sky provided us some amazing lighting. I loved the matching shirts they wore… so cute! Thank you so much to the Chee/Tran family for allowing me to be your vacation photographer. I hope these photos will always be a constant reminder of the time you shared on Oahu!
