Last year, just a few short weeks after her birth, I was able to meet little Solana. She was the ultimate rockstar for her newborn photos—and I can hardly believe that she is already one!

Solana is just the cutest little Hawaiian Hula dancer I have ever seen! This happy little girl just loved getting into that cake, too.

Let’s take a second to give some props to Mom, who made her cake! She claimed that she was no Martha Stuart, but dang—that little smash cake is amazing!

I am also a huge fan of anything gold for little girls, and Solana had gold, purple, and blue for her one-year colors. Mom bought the perfect outfit from Etsy to match everything as well!
