Brandon’s Reenlistment Ceremony | Honolulu Military Family Photographer | Haole Girl

I’ve known this family for the last 3 years, ever since they began their tour in Hawaii, and we have all been through so much together! Traci (Mom) has truly become one of my greatest friends in the last few years, and I was honored to do her maternity, birth, newborn, and every great milestone photo you can think of for their daughter, Adalynn (who is now 3 years old!) So when Traci and Brandon asked me to cover another amazing moment in their lives—the reenlistment of PO2 Millichamp for an additional 6 years—I was more than happy to oblige!

We went out to the USS Missouri, a historic ship now docked here that gives tours and allows visitors. Lots of service members choose to have their reenlistment ceremony here because of its historic significance—it really is such an amazing piece of the past right there for us to see!

We were really worried about being rained out because the weather the night before had called for rain. But as you can see, we had an amazingly beautiful day! (Hot, yes, but beautiful!) Brandon and Traci brought their gorgeous daughter, Adalynn, as well as Brandon’s mother, Molly, and Traci’s mother, Marsha—and many more friends and coworkers. It was such an amazing day for everyone!

Thank you, PO2 Millichamp, for your service and your dedication to continue to serve for another 6 years. And thank you for allowing me to be your Honolulu military family photographer. I love you and your family so much and truly wish you the best as you go forward!
