When Christmas Eve came up, I knew the Pearson family was going to do something special. Not only were we going to do family photos for the holidays but also Steve and Wendy were renewing their wedding vows from fifteen years ago! What an honor to be part of something like that!

When it came time for the session, every single one of them was bright-eyed and ready for the day—it was a great start to an already amazing Christmas Eve. What’s more, the weather was perfect, with natural cloud and sky scenery that painted a beautiful canvas backdrop for the day.

Wendy and Steve wanted the day to be intimate, with only their closest friends and family members present, because they wanted to focus more on the meaning and purpose of what they were doing than anything else. They reaffirmed their continued commitment to each other and their sons in a brief but sweet moment, and I truly felt privileged to be there in that moment.
