The Fisher family came to the islands for a Hawaiian vacation and wanted to get some family pictures to document their adventure here. I was more than happy to help!

We headed out to the west side of Oahu, where the setting was perfect for a sunset session. The sky had just enough cloud covering and highlights to make a brilliant canvas. The waves crashing along the reef also provided a one-of-a-kind stage, a platform to stand on to get the kind of dynamic pictures that I love in sessions like this.

As we went through the session, I thoroughly enjoyed myself getting to know this family a little more. Mom and Dad were very proud of their two growing kids—as you can see in the photos. I love getting to photograph families like this; can’t you just see the love oozing off of every picture?
