I was absolutely thrilled when Mom contacted me to do portraits for the Berry family while they were visiting Hawaii from San Diego. Mom works for a photographer in San Diego, so I was honored that she picked me!

They were staying at Ko’olina Resort, so we decided to do the session there. On my way over to the resort, it was raining a little bit, but it had cleared up by the time I reached the resort—leaving us with beautiful morning light to work with! The session went really well, and Nate (their son) was full of spunk, considering how early he had to be up!
