Just a few short weeks ago, I was honored to get to capture Kayden’s glorious entrance into the world! Then, he came to me for his newborn photos at the tender age of 6 days, and he was still just as precious!

Kayden’s mom, who knits super adorable little hats, blankets, baby booties, and things of that sort, managed to come up with the cutest little pineapple hat for this shoot. I could hardly wait to get it on him to set up a “made in Hawaii” photo! I was able to turn him into the cutest little pineapple/Dole Whip baby.

Kayden absolutely rocked his session, only waking up two times to eat and then peacefully drift back off to sleep again. But big brother TJ was not really in the mood for photos unless he was holding a cell phone. Still, I managed to sneak in a few shots with the baby lying next to him. We also got a picture Mom had wanted with Kayden and Dad in his uniform—similar to the one she had with TJ when he was born.

I’m so glad that this amazing family will be staying on Oahu a bit longer so that I will get to do milestones and see them all often! It’s always fun to watch babies grow. Mahalo, Viktoria & Tim! I look forward to seeing you all again!
